Sakazuki

Sakazuki is a wide-mouthed, flat sake cup. It has an ancient history of being used at Shinto rituals and ceremonies to enjoy and appreciate the drink. 

The way you formally hold this cup is to lift it to the mouth with two hands: one holds the bottom of the cup and the other hand holds it on one side.  Our  Sakazuki are designed to carry the most amount of flavors while pleasing the eyes of the beholders.
